We provide fictional characters, chats, images, and videos created using third-party AI tools.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service and maintain user safety, including:

Account Info: email and login details.
Usage Data: prompts, character choices, timestamps.
Generated Media: files stored via Supabase with random names linked to your account ID.
Payment Data: handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
Technical Data: IP, device, browser, and region for security and analytics.

We do not collect biometric or real-world imagery.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Service, maintain security, process payments, and comply with law.

We do not sell or trade personal data for marketing.

4. Storage and Security

Files are stored in Supabase buckets (not indexed or searchable) under encrypted connections.

Access is limited to authorized processes.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and reporting any breach to info@tapnslap.ai.

5. Data Retention

We retain active accounts until deleted by the user.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Billing records remain per tax law (Stripe handles this).

Moderation logs are kept up to 90 days then purged.

Backups rotate automatically and remove deleted data.

6. Sharing of Information

We share limited data only with:

Supabase for storage,
Stripe for payments,
Third-party AI providers to generate content, and
Law enforcement when required by law.

These partners process only the minimum data needed.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for login sessions and basic performance analytics only.

No advertising trackers are used.

Most browsers allow you to block cookies if preferred.

You may access, update, or delete your data by emailing info@tapnslap.ai.

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

We honor GDPR and CCPA rights where applicable.

We do not collect data from minors and delete any under-18 accounts immediately.
